42 S & H. Back of perfect bisque head incised Germany Heinrich Handwerck Simon & Halbig and 9 in the neck socket. Blue sleep eyes with real upper lashes, feathered & molded eyebrows, painted lower lashes, open mouth with 4 upper teeth and pierced ears. There is an incised W on forehead for Wimpern. Original pate and original mohair wig. There are a few wig pulls but no cracks, chips or hairlines. The wonderful wood and composition ball jointed body has no repair or repaint. It is also marked Heinrich Handwerck – see photo. This body is in the best condition I have seen in a doll 36 or over. They are so large and cumbersome that they usually had a lot of damage. All fingers are good and intact with no cracks. She is wearing a lovely childs dress.
