Very Desirable Kestner A. Type round moonface 14 bisque doll. Seems as though I listed this doll incorrectly today. I asked for help from the doll community and received proper information from knowledgeable doll experts. They all agreed it was definitely a German doll made by Kestner in the 1880′s. Some called it a moonface and another expert said it known as an A. After having the advantage of guidance my further research shows they are accurate and that the body may be a replacement. The head and shoulder plate are perfect with no chips. With that being said she is a great doll and have seen some examples sell at fairly large prices. The item “Very Desirable Kestner A. T. WELCOME TO OUR DOLL AUCTIONS. Composition body is embossed with the number 39. Overall, in very good shape with general paint wear to the composition, more so to the arms and legs, some chips to the very tips of a few finger tips, small chip on the ear, eyes have small chips, a very thin hairline on the forehead that’s only seen with a flashlight, and old wig is cute but could use a little conditioner. Wig is glued on but not too tightly so it can probably be removed pretty easily. A little over 15 inches tall. Zoom in the pictures for details. That’s less than it will cost us. Antique German Heubach Koppelsdorf 342-6, Bisque head, Compo Baby Body

This adorable little guy was made by the Heubach Koppelsdorf Factory of Germany, in 1910. He is 20 tall, has a dark brown human hair wig, blue glass sleep eyes with mohair lashes, finely painted upper and lower lashes, feathered brows, and open mouth with tongue and two upper teeth showing. His bisque head is free of any damage and his all composition bent-limb baby body has the original finish and only the slightest wear at joints, there is a fine hairline on his back. He has all his fingers with no repairs. Remarkably, the crier in his body still works. Incised on the back of his head “Heubach Koppelsdorf / 342-6-1/2 / Germany”. Wearing a replaced brown velvet jacket and short pants with matching tam, over an ecru shirt with lots and lots of lace trim and green ribbon bow tie. He has white socks and white oil-cloth shoes. Vintage German American Girl Barbie, also called German Bendable Legs Barbie. Her face is beautiful, but a tiny bit of paint missing to the upper lip. No earring hole, no green, no neck split. Her blonde hair is shiny but a bit dry. No hair plug missing. The rubber band has been replaced. Her body is the Pink skin bendable leg American Girl type. Not the tan skin body nor a TNT body. One of the hips is a little swingy but legs bend find and there is no pink prick to the feet. She comes with her original swimsuit the colors of which are still very bright, there is a tear on top.
