SWEET 20 ANTIQUE BISQUE HEAD ARMAND MARSEILLE DOLL With KESTNER COMPO BODY

This is a beautiful 20 inch bisque head doll with a ball jointed composition Kestner marked body. Her head is free of chips, cracks, etc. And is marked Armand Marseille Germany 390 A5M. She has lovely hand painted features with painted upper and lower lashes and mohair upper lashes (a few of which are missing). She has brown open/close eyes and a newer blonde wig with bangs and sausage curls. Her composition body is in very good condition with all. She is dressed in a lovely antique white dress with lace trim. There is an antique hand painted pin with pink roses at her neck. She has a vintage slip, socks and shoes. Stand is not included. Bruno schmidt’s Tommy tucker. BSw (enclosed in a heart). Dome head with molded & painted blond hair. 15 piece ball jointed body. Body has usual wear & tear, as well as the cracking on feet, legs and around neck as shown in pictures. All fingers present, no repairs. It is sturdy, tightly strung. He can sit or stand. He is wearing a deep navy blue velveteen suit (looks black in pictures) and a satin white type top with lace sleeves and collar.. These are handmade replacement garments, not antique. Cotton socks, leather shoes with black velvet tie and navy floret. Please examine pictures closely as they are part of the description. I describe things as accurately as I can. Please ask for more photos if needed. I recycle everything I can so packaging will not be fancy as it is A MIXTURE OF clean plastic and paper waste, but it will definitely be secure. This little doll is stunning. She is all original and her dress, wig and hat are in great shape. I have made a presentation box for her with antique materials and added two sheep. The sheep obviously show wear, but are very cute additions. She has some wear to her arms and legs, but is in otherwise really good condition. Offering an ANTIQUE 23H PARIAN SHOULDER HEAD BISQUE DOLL. She is in excellent antique condition but for a tight, light hairline on the back of her shoulder plate (please see photos) and a bit of the left side of her blue lace is missing. This stunning Parian has gorgeous hand painted features; no scratches or paint rubs. She is circa 1875 (as is her hairstyle). She wears her original jewelry which is outstanding. Her dress is not original; handmade and pretty. Her under garments and shawl may very well be original since they have antique handmade Irish lace. She has beautiful threaded paperweight blue eyes. Her painting is perfect with attention to all details. She has pierced ears with crystal earrings that match her gorgeous hand smocked dress and hat outfit, made from antique silks and laces. She will come with two gorgeous silk outfits, one antique, and one custom made because her original is melting. A lovely antique slip and bloomers. She will come with two wigs, one, her original mohair, which has grayed over the more than a hundred years, 2nd , a vintage French human hair wig that is perfect for her!! At 16 she is the perfect size to display and enjoy. She will even come with her handmade vintage basket full of flowers that match her dresses.
