22 German/French antique wax doll original. For sale is this gorgeous 22 german and French wax doll! Her head is a poured wax over paper mache with blonde curly wig over top, blue glass eyes and perched lips, her body is French with a French label on chest, I would take her dress off again to show you, but it is just unstable and I don’t want to ruin any of her originality! Her body has had old repair done to it in the past, original gown, bloomers, stockings and 1890s shoes. This girl does have some provenance (last picture).
