Outlined lips and red dots at the nostrils. Open mouth with porcelain teeth. The head has damage to bisque around rim. In 3 pieces around rim plus one piece missing on side as shown. All this is not visible under wig, as shown in photos of dressed doll. The pieces have been scotch taped together. There is wear on front top of legs. The body has been repainted. The photos are part of the description. Her bisque head shows no hairlines or restoration.
